With your Platinum Membership you are entitled to NPDF Badge and Credentials. In order to process your order we need the below requested documents:
1. Copy of Drivers License
2. Evidence of Citizenship (Copy of Passport)
3. Signed Good Conduct
4. Passport style photo (selfie from shoulders up)
